The past year at Fox Run Senior Living has been career changing for a lot of the staff, which included several promotions. It has been great to watch everyone grow into their new roles. The remodel of memory care was completed and reopened. We have built on our occupancy levels, and it has been great having the families back in the community.
It was wonderful to be able to have open celebrations again. A 62nd wedding anniversary party was held for Tom and Janice Roberson. The Memorial Day cookout was a huge success. It has been great to be able to take the residents on outings again.
We had staff members promoted to new positions in our community and because of that we are getting great feedback from both families and residents. Many residents say nothing but great things about the following staff members: Care Partners Kyle Rambo and Tracy Yonts, Memory Care Support Partner Karen Tipton, and Housekeeper Rilla Fogle. They are all amazing at their jobs.
We love being partnered with Fox Therapy. They host training events for our staff and help us with events when needed.
This coming year we hope to get residents more involved in activities, continue to grow occupancy, have a fish fry, host Movie on the Lawn during the summer, and have monthly brunches.
